Cutting Eyebrows

does anyone know where i can get eyebrows cut into my pistons?
did anyone do it already? i have a G-60 block and want to put a 16V head on it. The valves will not clear unless i get eyebrows cut into the piston heads. While using the 16V pistons with the eyebrows will yield to high of a compression ratio.

I Think a machine shop could do it. But maybe RMR, camo or anyother store specialized in engine build up could inform you better
