intercooler core

anyone knows if there is a shop in quebec that can get intercooler core from HKS, spearco, or wathever at a reasonnable price?

are you able to bend aluminium pipes with that?

i would need two intakes pipes. i could send you a pics and tell me if you are able to do something similar.

CAMO does all kinds of custom aluminum work. my car will be getting a full intercooler and piping job done there by the end of february. also a 2.5 or 3" brushed stainless steel downpipe.

Personally, I use a top/down Spearco core with Spearco tanks. Super low pressure drop, incredible flow, great response. It's the same core as used with the Procharger kit on the Stangs. Good enough for 1000HP supercharged Stangs, good enough for rice rockets like yours and mine!

They won't bend aluminium, but they will solder pre-bent aluminium pipes (as 99.9% of the specialised shops will do).

Soldering aluminium is TRICKY! Ben has been practicing a lot on all kind of cars (Besner, mine, that RMR GOlf, etc...) and he is becoming EXCELLENT at it.

Yeah, I might sound like a lap dog or something, but it's true, what can I say...

are you working there? where can i have a ball park figure of what it might cost?
