POS Spec-V exaust

So my 3yr old Spec-V's exaust is a mess. Have a hanger completely rusted and broken off by the cat, don't care much about that one. My big problem is the center pipe is complete broken off near a rear joint right before the muffler. I've got 1yr left on the lease and want to spend the minimum. Any suggestions?

Go get a piece of cheap pipe and weld it on.

If I had the skills to weld and or the tools to do so would I post a question like this?

Get it welded somehere, it'll cost less then buying a piece from like Canadian Tire, exhaust parts there are like 100$ for a 2 foot pipe.
