I have to change the fuel filter on a durango this weekend, is there any way I can do it without haveing to drop the tank ?

you don't have to change the strainer, the fuel filter isn't in the tank men!

it's somewhere under the truck or in the engine bay!

maybe you don't know too that there are more then 1 filter on a fuel system!

Oh btw, I've just found that I don't think that I ever buy a Chrysler-Dodge.

Gas tank Up&Down just to change a filter, its suck pretty bad!

just to say i just changed 2 this week...........the gas filter is at the bottom of the pump and it also acts as a strainer, its 70 buck if u dont buy the whole unit as one which is almost 400..dakota ,durango, rams there all the same.
