TRD grill for a Corrolla 2003???

My friend has a corrolla 2003 and he just got his Toyota emblem stolen in the fron gtil (WTF!?!?!?) Anyways... and he told me he saw on the internet a 2003 corrolla with a TRD grill but he thinks it was ''home made''. The car had auto pefect son stickers on it (Isupposily, I didn't see the car) So IM wondering if this guy is on this site and how he did his grill... My friend would like to change the whole grill instead of just putting a new emblem on...

Oh and he also got his CE letters stolen too!!!! (What would you do with CE letters anyway?)
