Amp meter light bulb always burning

I put an amp meter from Canadian Tire connected to my sound system, and the illumination light always burns like 3 weeks after I install it... It's really getting annoying! Does anyone know what could be causing this....It sucks...

Have u checked the max Ohm, amp, voltage it can take ?

Yeah it's "supposed" to be good for up to 60 amps, and the needle never gets higher than 25 amps (my sound system power consumption).... :dunno: has the voltage, well it's for car purposes so it's 12 volts....
Has for the ohm, An amp meter is supposed to have 0 ohm theoradicly.... But the light bulb is not connected to the meter anyways!
