S'up tous le monde!!
merci!

i've got a gs engine 2000 and i payed 2300$ everything came with it and it beat's a sir stock from japan so don't worry about performance with it:D

How can a 140 hp engine beat a 160 hp engine???? You have to keep in mind that the driver will affect the performance alot. I've had both in the same car (a B16 and a RS) and the B16 was faster by almost half a second in the quarter mile times. If you have a 2000 Civic, then don't swap in a first gen B16, you should go with a 99 or 00 GSR or just go for a 00 RS swap. You'll have better performance but not great performance.

How can a 140 hp engine beat a 160 hp engine????

TORQUE !!!!!!

B16a = 110 lbs peak
B18b1 = 127 lbs torque

I was running 15 flat with B18B1 94 stock in my Civic Dx coupé 94 ... for the price its the best bank for the buck  With 55 hp of nos... easy low 14 or high 13

Yes but with a B16, you would be running mid 14s to 14.70s. I know what you mean about torque but 10ft/lbs of torque will not make up for 20 hp easy out of a B16 because once you get going, the torque is not the major player.

i am also looking for a rs engine for my civic 93

where can i get a good price, cause i want to spend max 2000$
no more

Thanks guys

Andrew

b20z swap complete at chassel with teg intake, exhaust, and ls tranny $2500-3000...
NX2K:
as for the crvtec,he said he doesn't want to spend alot of money.
getting all the parts and building that motor will put him in the $4000-$6000 range easy.......thats if he could find all the parts for sale.you would have to buy 2 swaps to make one and you still haven't put anything together yet.

Aidez moua ;oP (I also understand english no problem !!)

Thanx !!

see ya
