Removing valves from wheel..

I'm in the process of stripping the paint off my wheels..and i wanted to know if anyone knows of a way to take off the vavles..i wanna avoid going to a shop to do it when I'm sure there's an easy way to do it @ home..

Rip e'm out with pliers, dosen't matter if thier ruined, you will want to put new ones on anyway.

Canadian tire will lend ya the correct toll if pliers are no good.
