Spark Plugs and Wire set

Hi,
I've got a Integra 94 Rs. What kind of spark plugs and wires should I use? Preferably racing gear because I wan't more spark for higher combustion rate. Iridium? Thanks

if your engine is not heavily modify, get honda parts. if you absolutely want the best, get neuspeed

Honda parts are best for honda cars. Unless you are seriously modded.
