problem with my 2004 sentra

i have a 1.8s sentra 2004
have a problem
check engine light is on
was scanned and code 1148 came up
just wondering if anyone here works for nissan
or knows someone who does work for nissan cuz now
whenever i fill up the gas it backflows on me,and stops the
pump every 1 or 2 litres of gas i put in

figuring that may be due to air vent for tank is blocked somewhere?

anyone has any ideas whta problem is?
 
Had A Brand New 2001 Sentra Back In 2000..........check Engine Light Was Part Of My Package Lol....it Was Always On...sentra Is Known For That

Not the old one never had a problem in 6 years with 3 b13...its the obd2 b14
