The years get shorter as you get older so you can start to count them for less. My mom just celebrated her 39th birthday again tonight!
It's like the "white" diet. Anything with white on it has no calories. White is the absence of color, and now it's the absence of calories!
For example: Vanilla ice cream, eat as much as you like...no calories:it's white.
A brownie with white icing:no problem, the white canceles ou the brown.
Mayonaise, cream cheese, etc. all good.
