Cluster question

Got my hands on a mint white faced custer and I mean MINT. Here's the deal tho, I got it off ebay so didn't really see a lto of pics and didn't realise it didn't come with a harness in the back.

My question is: Is the harness removable form my original cluster to the one I bought or are the wires welded on the inside ?

yes but not without risks and the weld are really small... you need somebody experienced because its easy to melt the "boards"
