acura tl for trade

I have a 2003 acura tl premium (not type s) i would like to trade it for a 4 cylinder because with the milage im doing its costing me a fortune on gas. The car is black with tan leather interior full equiped. It has 118000 km there is still a warranty on the transmission until 160000 km or 2011. I would like an rsx manual or an 1.7el
 
I have a g20 2002 manual with complete warranties for 40,000km and replacement value if you want to trade, comes with a 3000$ sound system and mags...
