Would it be a benefit for the owner of restaurant (eg La Belle Province at marche central) to give us permission to be there. The owner would make some good cash that night and we would be there everyweek. It makes sense to me.

It could be, but I don't think he is the owner of the parking lot. That is the guy we would have to convince !
 
It would make sense but some people just dont like having so many people around. It might cause the cops to come and the owner might not want that.
 
Well first off the parking is not private property. Secondly if everyone was holding a patate frites in their hands the cops could do shit about it. Everyone is there to eat. They can't kick you out of there.

If you want permission to be there go in the restaureant and buy something. Otherwise park in the back of the lot and leave the spaces in front for his clientele. Use your common sense.
