These days I feel unmotivated to go to the gym. I love lifting weights tho, the problem really resides in cardio... I've been doing cardio 4 times a week for quite a while; however, these days, I dont feel motivated to go and train on an eliptical and even less on a threadmill. This week, I did cardio training only 2 times (while still doing my 4 days of weight lifting).
My question is, is 2-3 cardio training sessions per week enough to keep me in shape ? :dunno:
