damm cops

hi guys and gals,i got stopped at a road block on st-charles tonight,i was sober,so there was no problem,but the cop did ask me about my montreal racing sticker!he asked me if i was a street racer!i told him that racing in my jeep is pointless and costs way too much in gas!his response,he laughed and told me to have a great night!

I got stopped 4 times in 3 month just to verify my serial numbers. I wasn't doing anything illegal and I am all legal(carb,parts,...)! Thay just know it pisses people off! If you are a little modded, get ready to get pulled over for fun...

BMW, im not sure but i saw an older BMW on the road last night on St Jean. had a muffler and was slightly lowered. it was (i tihnk) the same colour as yours. only thing, im pretty sure it was a 4 door.

What I like the most is when cops argue with me about my registration (NYC plates) and/or the amount of time I'm allowed in Canada as a non-resident.

Firstly, the St-Bruno cops argued with me that I WAS a resident. When I finally managed to explain that I wasn't and had signed no rental contracts or anything in Canada, they believed me. They also decided that I had to pay all tickets cash from now on, which was fun when I had $10 in my pocket and had to get my girl to bail me out.

Secondly, they insisted I was allowed 30 days and no more, when the actual law is 90 days as a non-resident, or 6 months as a non-resident student. I handed them a paper from the SAAQ detailing this after getting a 72 hour plate replacement order. Bullsh*t.

Thirdly, three different cops in three different towns have argued with me over registration. See, in NYC, our registration is a sticker on the inside of our windshield, mounted bottom left. ALL cars in NYC have it, it's just the way it is. They didn't f*cking believe me. I think I'm gonna carry around pictures of dozens of NYC cars with the registration in plain vue just to make a point.

I don't hate cops, they're doing their job... but arguing sh*t just for the fact of arguing is retarded coming from anyone.

they've probably read here that there was a meet and decided to check you guys out. that's my guess.

guys and gals,it truley is a bitch to get pulled over just for check ups,no body knows this more than me!but if you were a cop and you saw a young guy driving a nice car,you would be suspicious too!the only thing i dont agree on is being asked stupid ass questions!

i was onced asked when we got nailed for racing if i had nos in my jeep!that to me is a stupid question cause the cop had already asked me to pop my hood and my trunk!

I guess for does of you who know me, know i always have great stories with cops. I get pulled over atleast once a wekk. It's redicilous. The best thing is to have the inspection papers. GO pass inspection and then you are set. Ususally a cop wont argue with you if you have your papers right, and they will ket you go in 30 20 minutes instead of 1 hour or getting your car impound.

Actually Paul I would know that getting pulled over by the cops sux, remember that I had my Olds, in about 10million colours too. besides they seemed to think my exhauts was ileagal

yeah i once got stopped for driving my dad's car when i just got my probatory licence, she was driving an ml430 and the cop pulled me to check the registration and all the papers to be sure the car wasnt stole

i was coming back from the townships this morning and passed by a cop in those impala who was behind an overpass at around 140 and he didnt pulled me over, in fact he didnt move at all

The only time I've been pulled over in a year was in my mom's S-type at 5 AM. The cops were like..aren't you too young to drive a Jag? I played like i was some rich kid off of stocks and they bought it! Thank god my name is on the insurance!

Yeah Red I know you and I'd call the cops on you any day!
