J. Davis Trio

I was up north with friends listening to XM radio when a J. Davis Trio song came on.. they're basically a hip hop band like The Roots, but more jazzy. I did some research, they're really small. They have a few cds out, and have been touring Illinois.

Tight flow and lyrics, sick basslines and beats... and I love the trumpet.
