what kind of rims look good on an s13. i have a silvia. i was looking into some deep dish rims but im not sure. moneys not an issue because if i cna find ia style that looks nice i could get them in teh states when i go down, they are way cheaper over there. but any suggestions, mesh staggered, deep dish etc.. works, konig,adr help a brother out
 
if money is not a issue then konig shouldn't even be in the picture. just go 5 bolt and educate urself on proper width and offset for our cars. i suggest searching zilvia.net... in particular the wheel whore fitment thread. just be careful there tho cuz the eat noobs for breakfast.

anyways, i'm sure logik will give his 2 cents in this thread as well
 
Anything under 8" shouldn't even be looked at and anything with an offset over +20 shouldn't be looked at either, unless it's like a 10" rim and even then.....
 
but keep in mind logik is our resisdent HARDCORE offset nazi...

even 7" wide would still be tolerable if let's say the offset is 0... like old school meshies.

Obviously, like yours cool sick on yours car, but I think he's looking for something bigger then 15s or 16s, he seems to be looking for 17s or 18s.
 
yeah i am.. the only way ill go sixteen is if i get see a set of old school mesh japanese rims like those racikng queens you have What are the measurments on your logik?
 
Mine are 16x8 +13 and 16x9 +13

If money is no object and you feel really baller, there's a guy on Zilvia selling bronze TE37s in staggered fitment. 17x9 +0 and 18x10.5 +15 or something like that. There are also green TE37s in 17x9 +12 and 18x9.5 +12 and another set of bronze TE37s in 17x9.5 +12 and 18x10.5 +15.

You will be a god among men if you put anything in this sizing on your S13.

For these sets your are looking at 2500-3000$ CDN including shipping + tires.
 
it all depends what kind of look you are going for and what aero you have and so on..... different wheels look good with certain kit colour combinations..... just because you have a nice set of wheels doesntmean itll flow nice with the car.
 
I bought mine from www.takumiproject.com they are in California and deal in high end used wheels like Work, Volk (What I have), SSR, etc.

But what mr240sx said is true, like my wheels wouldn't look good with a big flared out body kit.

saxophone k... je voulais juste savoir quel type de rim les gars on mit.. as tu lu le thread c'est comme trois que jai dit DEEP DISH.. mais je ne veut pas etre limiter au rim qui sont sur le marcher ici a montreal.. peut etre il y des rims que je n'ai jamais vu.. what im trying to say i am not asking for what looks nice im trying to get info on other brands i have never seen before.. i know what i like and dont like...
