Well, I did something similar once. Completly by accident. At about 5500 rpm in my moms Sunfire GT. Went from 4th at around 170, into 3rd. I thought I was shifting into 5th, and wondered why it was hard to get it into gear. then once I let off that clutch, I just saw the tach skyrocket! I just grabbed the shifter and yanked it into neutral, then slowly went into fifth. hey I was young. And what can I say, it was Danny that showed me how to drive standard on his old CRX But I can't blame him for my mistakes now, can I?
