Where to buy OE Brake Hardline

By brakes gave out saturday on my old 84 300SD and I need new hardlines, can I get that at any auto parts store or Canadian tire? Or do I have to order it from Mercedes?
 
You can get standard lines from canadian tire or any auto part store, you just have to flare your old line correctly and connect to the new one where your problem is.
