They are always looking for people who know their stuff. I believe it is for working in the back, but may be also for sales staff/cashier up front.
Depending on your knowledge and your ability to contribute to the company, I doubt you will get minimum.
Minimum for someone who can do cash and just sell products.
It's not bad, but working in the back is the best... just to bad all the cool workers left.
