je recommence le gym suis curieux savoir ques le monde utilise...
 
Principalement No Explode mais je vais essayer d'autre chose parce qu'il y a 2 effets secondaires que je déteste:
1- À part de goûter de plus en plus mauvais à mesure que tu avances dans ton pot, ça donne des balonnement et des rapports.
2- Je suis incappable de m'endormir avant 1:00 du matin avec ce produit.

mhp probolic sr (melange de proteine) - before bed
no3 overload (pills) (similar to no-explode but much more potent) - before workout ( I take 3 pills instead of the 4 recommended)
 
^how do u like nano vapour? I always wanted to try it out but never did. Have u tried N.O explode? Is it pretty much the same sa N.O?
 
optimum gold whey 2 scoop ,500 ml oat meal + 1 banana + 2 table spoon of peanut butter twice a day.

Very good result so far gain pretty easy and it's not fat.
 
Food Water pis des fois des shakes quand je sais que mon apport en protéine est insuffisant, Genuine Health Protein +. Coute chers un peu, goute la chiasse mais protéine tres lean de bonne qualité.

I`ve also tried BSN N.O. Explode but like twon said the taste gets progressivly worse as you go thru the can! I felt like being sick every time I would take some nearing the end of the can.

Superpump250 taste good and feels good.. I only have to take 1 - 1.5 scoops where as I would take up to 3 with No Explode.

Side Effects Noticed:

Minor cramps when used on a totaly empty stomach (N.O EXplode/Superpump)

Stinky Farts and shit load of gas.. SuperPump and Evo Pro.

ive tried no xplode, N O shotgun(tastes sooo bad!)....and nano vapor is what im sticking with! works and tastes great too!
 
Guys, if you do not like No Explode like me or want to try something else, get Horsepower.
 
i just picked up some "Whey Sensation" and "Horsepower" made by Ultimate Nutrition. I'll let you guys know how i like it!

En passant, Popeye's on St. Jean provided amazing service. I doubt i'll ever set foot in GNC again *td*

GNC is good because of their gold card prices..i only go there knowing what i want though, never from the referal of the staff.

Whey sensation is an amazing product and tastes freakin' amazing! Good choice too on the creatine.
