i will listen to all good advice
i use to weight 300 pounds and now i drop to 230 after 1 year by only cutting down on the fast food
now though i join the gym and im stuck at 230 sometimes igain 2-3 pounds or i lose 2-3 pounds but i cant leave the area of 225-235
when i go to the gym i always do cardio only no weights for now

i do 20-25mins on treadmill and another 25-30 on the ski thing
in total i burn 600 calories a time

what do u guys suggest i do if i wanna lose 50 pounds till end of may

Change your diet, and get a nutritional plan done by a professional, and I hope that u DO life some weights. Maybe add some protein shakes to ur diet if u don't get enough from ur meals. Instead of eating 3 times a day cut down your meals and eat 5-6 smaller meals.
 
what he said^!

first you should read about how to do such things i mean i read for about a year approx about bodybuilding until i understood it etc etc

then get a trainer aswell as someone who will make you a meal plan etc
