gym in verdun/ville-emard area?

hey guys, i'm moving to the verdun/ville-emard area in the spring and was wondering if there are any 24hrs gym in the corner or at least ones that open at 5 am. i'm currently at monster but that'll be way too far to travel to work out. thanks.

I go to Flex Gym - Conditionnement Total, Lasalle,Quebec its the only real 24h one around its in lasalle so not very far. I bike to it from my place in ville-emard in the summer time.
 
Yeah, I'm a member of Flex Gym and it's a very good gym. Try it for a month, you'll probably like it.
