C230K, A few questions !

Hey all,

I have a C230K 2002 and I need to install a new Hu in there. It has the original casette player and the dealer wants $1000 for a CD changer.

I am looking for a DIY on a dash and the stock headunit removal, and also was wondering if it would fit a double din unit in there without any modifications (other than a dash kit and all that).

Looking to put a Avic-D3 in there if it fits, if not, just a regular deck.

Any help would be GREATLEY appriciated !!!

I don't know if your console is the same as an SLK 2001 but we change the radio in my mom's car without problem. We put Blaupunkt radio in. Don't ask me how to do it... my technician did. MchipTR Audio Performance if you want to ask !!
