wow I really messed up

Ok so I used to weight 175. Last summer I had this philosophy "eat less, work more" so I did 10 hour shifts at work without eating nothing. I lost about 12 pounds, down to a sexy 163, that was like June/July 2007

Now today at work I weighed myself and I weight 186 :( really in a bad shape

damn and summer is starting soon I don't want to go to the beach/pool parties with a Miami Heat jersey-and-shorts suit :(

My life is screwed. I guess my only option is eating brown bread with processed sliced cheese and jogging around the local park like a muh facka?
