My new training regimen, early workouts ftw

Monday Wednesday Friday, at the gym at 7 am, 1 hr weight training, 3 day split.

Tuesday/Thursday: Doing MMA for 1.5 hours, crazy workout.

And 2 days of the week Either Monday Wednesday Friday i attend the conditioning class of my MMA school.

So that's 7 workouts a week and i feel facken great, i find it easy to wake up so early now that its light out at 5:30 am, i'm full of energy.

It's been 2 weeks, and in another 2 weeks i'm off to mexico, tryign to get in better shape.

by my estimation, i should lose a good 15-20lbs by end of July.

Can't wait.

i love it, thanks for all the help. It's been about a month and a bit, and i'm finally starting to get guys to submit, haha, 1 black eye, 2 bruised ribs, a cut lip, a bump on my forehead, a punch to the chest, i've learned enough to defend myself.:bigup:
