Hello everybody

As many of you may know me, my name is Dario Rossi, 21yrs old. i have recently finished my culinary school at I.T.H.Q.. I have experience in big banquets, "a la minute" 1 on 1 sautés, some experience in flambées as well and just refugar restaurant scenario's. I am currently working at Bronte, I have worked at Le Rizz salle de réception, Buona Notte. I am now offering my services for catering. from a 5 to 10 to 50 or 100 people event. Whatever it might be my services are available to everyone. ex: A family BBQ, someone's birthday, a business party...

*Please do nto ask for quote for 20 people birthday party, I can not do that, I need much more information the just how many people. If you are serious we can talk more about it with a lot more information, do not expect me to give prices just like that.
 
Also, I must mention I do have a current job. So this is something that I would do to have fun and I might not have every single day available. So dates are important.

Please do remember though, You can not cook food out of your kitchen.

You must cook food in a commercial kitchen!

Plus remember, you need a vehicle that can keep your food cold during transport.

If for SOME reason people would get sick from perhaps something they ate at your party, it will cost you dearly!
