NDG indoor swimming pool??

is there any indoor swimming pool i can join in NDG area??
somewhere thats clean and not lot of ppl.
it's for exercise, not to play in water.
 
Is CDN too far for you? The centre where I work on Van Horne has "Free Swim" hours, some which are restricted only to adults, and have lanes for laps.

depends how ghetto it is. i really don't mind paying for membership for a clean place.
what's the hour and how is it?
 
Its not ghetto at all. Probably the cleanest pool in the area. Membership is free, and different hours on different days.

how crowded is it? the least crowded day is when?
 
Good question. They just changed the schedule to times after 3pm I think. For the summer, there's a Summer Sports Camp, and the whole morning is used by the kids at camp. In the afternoon there's the free hours.

I'll get a schedule and post it up here tomorrow (if I don't forget). Don't know how crowded the pool gets nowadays though.
