This is for a home gym.

Fitness store guys are telling me hex is a must cause adjustable take too much time to change plates. But I'm a little tight on space to have 20 seperate dumbbells lying around.

Any opinions?

Thanks!

well dude, it seems like u already have your answer.
get the adjustable if space is your concern. weight is just weight seriously.. no big difference.
it takes too much time to change? lol.. those guys must be joking. cmon, if someone is that lazy and in that hurry that he can't even afford 1~2min to change weights, i think it won't even last a week before he quits exercising.

le probleme avec les ajustables, York par exemple. C'est que c'est tellement gros que y a des exercices qui sont difficiles à executer pcq tu te cognes dans les poids

common  it takes MAX 30 seconds lol

I don't see any difference between those and my full ones... wtv, it helps, I have 8 adjustables and 2 full casto iron, use my adjustables WAY MORE
