oil pressure?

i did the search and could not find n e thing useful.

Just wanted to know if n e one had the same trouble i have right now with my rb26 ... gtr.

Oil pressure gauge seems to be haywire. I have 10w 30 synthetic oil in the engine.

The gauge in the dash says the oil pressure is 4bar and some time even touches 8bar whether at idle and driving. after driving for a while it drops to where i am used to it being... 0 - 2 bar range, other times it just say the pressure is high. is this a sign my pump is gonna mess up ... is my guage haywire.

If n e one has encountered this problem before ...

do you have a aftermarket oil pressue gauge ???

if you dont ... it's a 15 years old sensor .. dont trust it !!!

i would change the sensor before changing oil pump !!!

oui c le crank shaft le probleme sur le r32 et non la pompe !!!

thanks guys... very helpful so far. i'll start by changing the sensor. I wander if Camo has one... if not autoworx.

commence par le sensor pcq pour changer de oil pump faut tu drop la panne a huile !!! pis la sa commence a faire chier pas mal .
