I would like to rejuvenate my leather seats. What can I use to refresh my seats ? Tell me more if possible.

get new ones, lol. or covers. you can rejuvinate those a bit, but it won't do miricales

it is too late... too much abuse

The only thing you can do is to prevent them from cracking by using some leather conditioning product like lexol

The leather is already cracked, you can't "uncrack" it no matter what you do, but you can make it look much better. Just go to a Dollarama and buy a bottle of instant shoe polish and smear it over the cracks and it will look and feel 100X better !
