Hey, anybody, quelqu'un, that's got talent, qui a du talent!

Drop Betty, I don't want a mild drop, like 2 inches, but I'd like the front to have a little more drop in the front than the rear. Is that possible? Also, if possible, is there a way to make my tires low-profile? I want to buy some new shoes for the Civic along with the drop, as it would accept the drop better than those huge 4x4 185's.
