exhaust wrap?

What is the best wrap to buy + the coating?(S/S y-pipe)

My 95 Maxima has a cast Iron header should I wrap it also?:dunno:

I was going to wrap my headers but the decided against it because I have been told by a few friends who have done it that it will decrease the life of you pipes due to humidity that the wrapping material absorbs and keeps in... what do you hope to gain from wrapping the Y pipe??

on a stock car it is not worth it at all.

Humidity? What humidity? The headers get hot enough to burn any humidity off:doh:
Besides do you drive on water?

Wraping exhaust keeps the underhood temps lower and helps the exhaust flow since hotter air moves faster

The black ceramic coating along with wrap will help any application
But what do I know:dunno:
