Hi,

anyone selling it locally in MTL? Or anyone knows a better product in term of longevity available locally? I am looking for the more durable and not the deepest nor shiniest..

PM me, 845IW is very good, but there is something a little better for winter !

EdT, what do you suggest?

FMJ so far has proven to last 5 months (min) in our harsh winters. I'm currently trying out Jetseal 109.

476S, theres nothing that comes close after many many evaluations by testing labs such as Guru's Report that rated a certain Zanio and the 476S as the top two products that lasts as it claims. The only beef they had agianst the 476S was that it was not easily available.

Test Report: Collinite’s 476S Super Doublecoat Auto Wax

” The beads from this wax is like none other. Absolutely amazing water beading properties. The instant it hits the panel, the water seems to coagulate and form the smallest, deepest beads we've ever seen. After 2 full weeks, this wax is beading like brand new, and it actually feels smoother than when we first applied it. It may just live up to its claims of lasting a full year.”

”Virtually unstoppable !“

"Both the Super Doublecoat Auto Wax and the Marque D'Elegance Wax are real stars when it comes to durability.”

“We noted it started beading again after week eight - wow ! Would have been Best In Class if it were more available.”

“ We've never seen a carnuaba wax that offered so much protection"

"Collinite Super Doublecoat will last a full year"

I have to try that.

6-7 months is more realistic in our harsh winter climate, but in warmer snowless conditions then yes a year is possible !

Got myself a can of 476s already, waiting for winter to see how it holds up:bigup:

I'm also considering getting some Zaino Z2, so I can do a test hood. Also the fact that I don't have any sealant in my repertoire, only waxes, might as well get Zaino!
