J'ai déjà posté une annonce semblable sur le forum du club mais je me suis dis que p-e d'autres gens verraient l'annonce içi...

Je demeure à Pincourt ( à l'ouest de l'ouest de l'île ) et je suis à ma deuxième DSM en 3 ans... Je me rend compte que de plus en plus des talons et des laser se promènent dans mon coin. ( Pincourt, Ile-Perrot, Vaudreuil-Dorion, St-Lazare etc... ) Je ne sais cependant pas si ces gens connaissent le board. Si oui, répondez à ce thread on pourrait p-e faire un meet s'il y a du monde un de ces 4 !!
 
Moi j'ai un laser 90 debadger et rebadger en talon. Pas turbo mais va le devenir cette hiver car jai trouver un TSI pas cher pour les piece pour faire le swap. Chu pas de Vaudreuil mais jai quand meme un DSM. Ma poster des pics quand y va sortir de paint shop.cia
 
hehe ! ta surment vue ma moman se promener avec sa lazer ! Jvient de st-laz ! est pas turbo pis est pas manuel mais maudit jai du fun a chauffait ste char la ! si tu voit une lazer blanche avec des bande verte en bas des porte (eurk mais yetait la quand a la acheter ) fait moi signe lol !

es-tu au courant dans quoi tu t'embarque? est-ce que tu t'es renseigné sur l'ouvrage à faire avant?

Dans le cas ou tu décide d'investir une somme faramineuse et bcp de temps... bin bonne chance pareil :)

Ça s'enlève très bien... Et ça serait beaucoup plus nice !

J'avais retiré des bandes "turquoise" qui était sur la Civic Si 89 Rouge de mon frère quand il l'avait acheté en 94.
Bandes Turquoise sur char rouge ça "jurait" en Ta...
Même si l'auto avait 5 ans, ça n'a fait aucune démarcation et c'était vraiment plus clean !!!
 
i live in riguad, i own a 93 tsi fwd talon and currently looking at buying a 91 lazer fwd turbo but i have to buy a new engine for it. i'd love to meet some dsm'ers around here everyone that owns one seems to be old and satisfied with being stock =-)
 
One day we'll organize a good meet perhaps at Faubourg de l'ile or some place near!! It would be a good idea when we gather a couple more people!
 
i havent seen one riced up talon yet...
and anyways i've had enough of my car, i'm going for a laser thats a whole lot cheaper and a WHOLE lot better

is that meet still on in ontario on the 22nd?

p.s. i'll always own a dsm hehe love em too much and spent too much research time!

Switching from a 93 TSi FWD to a 91 RS-T FWD....

Whats wrong with your talon?? I dont see the point switching to the laser, its almost the same car as yours now except your talon has a 7 bolt, 2 piston calipers in the front, and it doesnt have pop-up lights.

Wouldnt it just be cheaper to get a 6-bolt engine and throw it in your talon?:dunno:
 
nope... bought it from a dealer, so far the head gasket, valve gasket and o rings are shot, the turbo is smoking, timing belt hadnt been done for 120,000 km's, vandalism, tranny blew up once, got it rebuilt for 1400$ and blew up 3600km's after, i bought the car last september and i've driven it for maybe 3 months max. like i've said, i've had enough! trying to sue the dealer and give the car back for all my cash... on the other hand, the laser is 1000$ with a blown but included engine and all the other parts are in really decent shape except for the pop ups not going down. either way, next year, i'm saving for ALL WHEEL DRIVE!!!

just love turbo's and dsm's too much to let go for another car, F**K honda's =)
 
and besides i've been looking for 6 bolts for that car and it just isnt working and i dont want a jdm i dont like the cyclone intakes. if i want to keep the laser for a good while with the minimal repairs needed, i'll convert a rolling 93 chasis to replace the 91, i'd rather not have the pop ups and the body of a 93 in blue is SO much nicer...
