The project will start sooner or later. I went to the www.kat.org website and I found a link that was written what I needed. The goal is about 200 to 250 to the rear wheels. Here is what I gathered on a notepad on the computer and I want your opinions if you think I made a good choice.

not sure about the turbo, looks nice but its still an ebay turbo.....and a t25.....

get a real turbo, an s15 one would be great!

ive heard too much horror stories about chinese turbo's
 
research the e-bay T2 flange turbo manifolds on ka-t.org there are alot of clearence issues, and also read about the horror stories on the same website about the e-bay chinese turbo's.

Buy my turbo and have it rebuilt. You'll be running 300whp all day and all night and never, ever have to worry about the turbo taking a shit.

By the way, those eBay turbos are glued together, not bolted or welded.

You have a car to put this stuff in?

Let's start with you parts.

The manifold in your link will be perfect. You can't get it cheaper than that in terms of price. The issue with ebay manifold on ka-t are on top mount manifold, so don't worry.

The BOV in you link is probably garbage. I would suggest something better or else it could result in different problems.

The intercooler seems to be ok. Depending on how you want to route your piping in your car, I would wait to buy this kit. You might end up buying some pipes for nothing. Planning on moving the battery to the trunk or keeping it in the bay? Do you care about having the bumper reinforcement or not(think about your security if something happens)?

Last but not least, the turbo. Please don't buy a ebay chinese turbo. Even if they look nice and all, they are crap. You are better getting a used one and do a rebuild than buying those. You can look around and find a T25 almost anywhere for cheap. You could get logink23 t28 and do a rebuild. He has a pulsar gti-r T28 turbo. Those are journal bearing, easy rebuild and can deliver some good power.

The key for setup on ka-t is the tuning. If you are thinking about being cheap on that side, remember this: Being cheap will bit you in the ass !!!

^^^ just to add about the bumper reinforcement... i wouldn't even think of taking it off especially if you don't plan on running a bigger turbo which wouldn't need a big fmic. the proper size intercooler would fit right under the reinforcement. you be surprised what the lack of the reinforcement could do in an accident. my cousin totalled my first 240 going about 30km... my rad support pushed my engine back.
