Infiniti g35 question

Does anyone know if the following tire size will fit the front of a
2003 Infiniti G35.
I know the stock front is 225/45/R18, i am wondering if 245/45/R18 will fit the front without any issues or modifications?

well the tire is going to be bigger(higher) you would need 245/40/18 if you want to fit those. but i think they would fit with the 245!

doesnt the 245 mean the width of the tire, the profile is staying the same!!! Just the width is changing. I dont think it has anything to do with the height. I am more worried about the tire rubbin on something, or rubbing when turning.

the middle number is a pourcentage, this mean a 225/45/18, the height of the sidewall is 45% of the complete 225mm width, so if you go into 245 you need to lower the pourcentage to have the same sidewall height!

So the sidewall height with a 225/45 is 101mm high, and if you put a 245/45 you would be looking at 110mm sidewall.

you need a 245/40 youre sidewall will be 98mm high, so no chance of rubbing and touching.

They should fit since the wheel is 8" I believe.
