altima 2.5 engine sound

anyone with a 2002+ altima 2.5, does your engine idle sounds like a diesel engine (when you hear it opening the hood)? is that normal or something wrong?
 
if you hear rattle at around 2000rpm, it's the heat shield that is loose.
Or at least that was the problem with ours.
