I realy doubt you can do it. Im not even sure if the SEC had a manual tranny, and if it did, you will NOT find it in Canada. Neways the cost is going to be awfuly high and not worth it on that car, its not realy a drag beast, its a good lookin(Oldschool looking), gas guzzling, decent acceleration and high level of stability Car, so the manual conversion wonnot get you anything more exept maybe burning your tires on 4k rpm Launch.
