Chrysler 300

I'm thinking of buying myself a 2006 or 2007 chrysler 300 (3.5 V6). I drove my uncles several times and I've decided that this is the car I wanted to buy. I just wanted to know if this car is generally a good buy?. Will it last me if I purchase it at around 100 000 km? will I have any problems? I can get a 2006 chrysler for under $10 000, is it worth it? (considering its in good condition)

Thanks guys

The 3.5L V6 is a great engine. If properly maintained, the engine can reach over 200,000km without any major issues.

I have a 3.5L V6 in my 300M 2001 with 270 000km on it. I have nothing to say. It doesn't burn any oil and have the timing belt replaced at 175 000 km. I bought this car with 55 000km in 2003. The only problem I had was the EGR valve at 165 000km. I replaced it and nothing else. This 3.5L V6 is really a great engine. You won't have any trouble with it.

That's so good to hear lol! I have just over 90,000km on mine lmao so I know I don't have anything to worry about! Btw, what about your transmission?

The same original one! I always did the oil change each 45/50 000km and the differential each 20 000km. I reset the TCM 2 or 3 times (at the dealer / 50$).

ive been driving one for the last month and it's a very nice looking car but the quality is not there for the interior i have a 2007 300 touring edition with leather the leather is already ripped and the dash actually gets to me. I have the 3.5 v6 and motor tranny wise the car is amazing

It doesn't work with my car, I've try it several times... No change after pulled out the fuse. When reset at the dealer, the tranny is in learning mode during few hundreds of km and it's like a brand new one after that. No bumps between gear shift and downshift really quicker.
