Who's got STAR??

I need to get the MPH to KM speedometer conversion done on the 2010 ML350. I know the digital display can be changed by a simple sequence but I need to hook up the truck to a Star Diagnostic to convert the analogue speedometer. from MPH to KM

ANybody know a local (MOntreal) shop who can do this?
