Line Out question

Here is my problem.

I have a HU that has 2 sets of line out (front and rear). But I need to connect all that to 4 amps. 2 for the fron and two for the rear. What is the best way to split the signal? Is a regular "Y" cable any good?

You can just probably pass 2 rca cable to your amps, after plug 1.5 feet or 3 feet rca in the output of each amp and then go to you second amp, but by doing this, I think you will lose your stereo

You can get a a splitter, to split the signals. They have Y-Cables available for this purpose. Otherwise, some amps can be linked together to share a same signal. Let me see if I can find a thread somewhere to help you.

near the bottow of the thread, it basically sums up what I said in a little more detail.

Most car stereo shops will be able to supply you with the correct cable, just tell them what your problem is. They may even suggest an alternat route.
