turbo or vtec on stock???

ok, I just buy my first car in june, it's an integra gs 96 stock. I hope that you guys realize that I really need power, what do you think should I put in: turbo on my original engine, or look for a v-tec.

And am I right, but I think those 2 are the best to do for more power??

Adding vtec is not very simple. When adding vtec head to your ls block, your pistons are diff. Vtec revs over 8000 where your LS revs till ~6800. To make power with vtec, you need to rev your LS/VTEC over 7000, which you SHOULDN'T do with your LS bottom end. However you CAN boost your stock engine with about 7-8psi stock safely and rev till 6800. Retard your timing, runner colder plugs, and you will be very safe making awesome power. Good luck
