Hi,
I'm trying to build a laptop that can take on 2 SSD drives. I don't need a regular drive as this laptop will serve a specific purpose that doesn't require a lot of HDD space.

I tried looking on Dell's & HP's sites but its not clear whether any of their laptop can be retrofitted with 2 SSDs...

Anyone?

Every laptop with double HD bays.

Bought mine last year, switched one of the HD to SSD and the other left as is. Could've done both the computer don't know the difference. They are physically made to be compatible in the bays.

I know the older macbook pros can do it pretty easily. I forget which generation exactly, but a buddy of mine swapped the optical drive for an SSD, and ran well.

cuz imma buy one live.
Take a look at the MSI GT683 and GT700 here. I bought the GT683 (before the GT700 came out) for database simulation and I'm running two 240 GB Intel 520's in RAID-0 and 32GB RAM.
