Hello MR !
I have a hard-wired smoke detector upstair near the bedrooms, and it buzzed randomly for like 5 seconds last night at 4AM.
Very rough to wake up to that, obv. no smoke or anything.
So I tought the battery backup inside was dying, to my surprise, I cannot open the cover so there is no batteries inside.
So why the fck did it buzzed randomly ? Voltage spike ?
I took no chance and bought a new battery one and put it beside to be sure, still, i'd like to understand.
