Couldn't send PM nor reply.....help pls..

I can recieve and read my pm, but i just can send or reply to any one of them....when i click reply or create new pm, it will automatically opens a page but have nothing in it....a blank white page.(but the lower left hand corner of my explorer said "Done") ....

can someone help me pls...
