Hi, I'm looking for a broadband provider that offers low cost ADSL, such as 512kbps download speeds. Bell has something to offer and it's 9.95$/month but then after 6 months they charge you 30$/month, which is ridiculous for that type of access. Any other providers offers low cost ADSLs?
