The mystery behind the teaser pictures and videos of the Audi Sport-themed RS5 Coupe and Ducati Multistrada 1200S was solved today with an official announcement from the two brands. As it turns out, it was all done to celebrate the acquisition of the Ducati brand from Audi earlier this year as well as to promote their participation at this weekend's 2012 Pikes Peak International Hill Climb in Colorado and to announce a new competition.
