Here in Cayman, cars need to be inspected / certified when imported (many, many JDM's here) and also on an annual basis. They take a quick look around the car (condition of tires, headlights, etc) and underneath (steering, fluid leaks, etc) and also drive a few hundred feet in a parking lot to test the brakes. The inspector took this one for a bit more than a few hundred feet in the parking lot ... Ouch.
